Content Gate overlay row and stack block styles
In this release we’ve tweaked where the overlay version of the Content Gate is inserted in the post markup, to make sure certain styles (like the Row block’s horizontal alignment) is properly generated.
Newspack Theme: Customize author avatar size
This release includes an option to change the Author Avatar size in the author bio that appears at the bottom of single posts, and at the top of author archive pages.
This control needs to be paired with Custom CSS to create a visible change on the front-end. Otherwise, it will just increase the pixel density (and sharpness) of the images.
Newspack Theme: Editor changes ahead of WordPress 7.0
In WordPress 7.0, the block editor will exclusively be loaded in an iframe. This means some of our theme-based customization’s, like loading custom fonts, changing the editor width, and subtitles, were updated to work in the new iframe editor experience.
