New look for subscription pages in My Account
We’ve revamped the layout and user interface for single subscription pages in My Account. The new layout shows important information and notices in a cleaner, clearer format, and contextual actions are grouped in prominent drop-down menus in the page header, making it easier for readers to manage their subscriptions.
To see these changes, log in to a reader’s account and navigate to My Account > My Subscription.
Optimize image sizes in Collections
Originally, Collections relied on two image sizes that were 300px wide and 1200px wide. The latter was used in the grid of Collections covers on the landing page where the image displayed much smaller than 1200px wide.
In this release, we’ve introduced two smaller sizes (550px and 800px), and have reworked where the image sizes are used so the image size should be closer to how large each image is actually displayed.

- [FIX] Fix rendering of Remote Data Blocks (“Foundation – Location” and “Foundation -Event”) so they will display as expected in Newsletters.
Hotfixes
Since the last release, we’ve pushed out the following updates to address issues quickly — they are already live on Newspack sites:
- [FIX] Correct a performance issue when checking whether a restricted post should be metered.
- [FIX] All readers with free-trials for memberships to comment on articles when commenting is limited to members only.
