Under the Newsletter tab in the Engagement Wizard, you can connect your Mailchimp account and allow visitors to easily sign up for newsletters on your site.
Connecting Mailchimp
Newspack uses Jetpack to help connect Mailchimp to your site.
To set up the Mailchimp connection, follow these steps:
- Add a Mailchimp Block to a page on your site:
- The first time you do this, the block will prompt you to set up your Mailchimp form. Click that button.
- This will bring you to the Sharing section of Jetpack (Dashboard > Jetpack > Settings > Sharing), where you can connect Mailchimp by following these steps here. You will be required to pick an existing Mailchimp account, or create a new one.
After the initial setup, you will be able to add newsletter sign-up forms in other locations on your site using the same Mailchimp block without any additional set up.
